Kolarova, who has been diagnosed as having autistic spectrum disorder and an anti-social personality, has a long history of assaulting police officers and other authority figures, including correctional officers, a probation officer and an Elizabeth Fry Society worker.
In 1996, Kolarova was convicted of arson after she set fire to her sister's mattress, causing $60,000 in damages to her home. She was convicted of a second count of arson in 2002 after setting a mattress fire in her jail cell.
According to a doctor's report, Kolarova remains a risk to the community if released and will require intensive monitoring and therapy
